The Telangana government has demonstrated a steady commitment to sustainability, leading the charge in promoting green initiatives across the state. By endorsing IGBC Green Property Show, the government reinforces its vision of fostering a greener and more sustainable future for its citizens.

This strategic partnership aims to create awareness and encourage the adoption of green building practices, aligning with the state’s broader goals of environmental preservation and resource conservation.

Conceptualised around ‘The Key To A Green Future’, the IGBC Green Property Show encourages people to buy green homes to secure a sustainable future for their children and generations to come.

While the initiative aims to encourage people to think innovatively about environmental preservation and sustainable practices, it also highlights numerous benefits – leading a healthy and happy life within the living community and other sustainable benefits in terms of cost and energy saving, effective usage of natural resources like water, air and daylight and waste management etc.

Over the last few years Hyderabad has witnessed a transformation in terms of green building projects due to interest shown by the citizens of Hyderabad.

The emphasis on green buildings and sustainable living practices is not merely a fleeting trend but a crucial investment in safeguarding our natural resources for generations to come.

By reducing energy consumption, minimizing water usage, and promoting waste management, green buildings play a pivotal role in conserving our planet’s finite resources. This proactive approach ensures that the children of today can inherit a world where their fundamental needs for clean air, water, and a habitable environment are met, paving the way for a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

The Green Property Show is open to – property owners, prospective buyers, investors, tenants, and all industry stakeholders.

This property show also serves as a right platform for leading developers as they can leverage an exclusive opportunity to interact with the prospective buyers and promote their green certified properties. So far, with about two weeks to go, the property show has attracted more builders than last year.

Hyderabad is taking significant strides to become a leader in sustainable development. The city’s focus on green building practices directly contributes to preserving natural resources for future generations.
