Please read the following rules and regulations carefully before submitting your nomination for the Hybiz Food Awards 2026.
- The submitted form is only a nomination and does not guarantee selection or an award.
- The business must be established and operating within Hyderabad.
- The applicant or organization should not have any pending civil, criminal, or bank loan default cases.
- Applicants must participate professionally and follow the event schedule issued by the organizers.
- Hybiz TV is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful online submissions due to technical reasons.
- The jury may request an interview, presentation, telephone discussion, or visit to the establishment.
- Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses shall be borne by the applicant.
- All decisions relating to promotions, media appearances, photographs, videos, and publicity remain with Hybiz TV.
- Winners agree to participate in media interactions approved by Hybiz TV.
- Misconduct, false information, or defamatory actions against other participants may lead to immediate disqualification.
- Incorrect or misleading information may result in cancellation before or after the awards.
- The applicant authorizes Hybiz TV to verify submitted information and professional credentials.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, qualification rounds, or award process whenever required.
- The judges’ decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the awards.
- Any disputes arising from the event shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad / Secunderabad Courts.
