The NAREDCO Telangana (National Real Estate Development Council – Telangana Chapter) has announced its new executive committee for the 2026–2028 term. The announcement was made during the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held recently in Hyderabad.
Sreedhar Reddy Koppula has been appointed as the President. He brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector and is expected to lead the organization during a crucial growth phase.
New Executive Team Announced
Along with the President, the new leadership team includes:
- Kali Prasad Damera – Executive Vice President
- Gopala Krishna Koripalli – Executive Vice President
Several other members have been appointed as Vice Presidents, Secretaries, and Treasurers to strengthen the organization’s structure.
Focus on Real Estate Growth in Telangana
The newly elected team has outlined key priorities for the coming term. These include:
- Improving ease of doing business for developers
- Streamlining building approvals
- Promoting transparency in real estate
- Strengthening infrastructure development
- Supporting housing and commercial projects
The leadership also plans to work closely with the Telangana government on policy-related matters such as TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) and regulatory improvements.
