The media industry witnessed a remarkable event with the grand celebration of the 4th Edition Hybiz TV Media Awards (HMA). This prestigious event recognized outstanding contributions in the print, electronic, and digital media sectors, honoring individuals excelling in journalism, advertising, and circulation. Hybiz TV proudly awarded these achievers, marking another milestone in the industry.
Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy (Irrigation & CAD, Food & Civil Supplies) graced the Hyderabad HICC Novotel venue and presented awards to the winners at the event. B.C. Commission Chairman Vakulabharam Krishna Mohan Rao, M. Ravinder Reddy (Director Marketing – Bharathi Cement), V. Rajashekhar Reddy (President – Credai Hyderabad), Pulsus Group CEO Gedela Srinu Babu, Manepalli Ramarao,Eenadu I.Venkat, K.R. P. Reddy, HybizTV & Telugu Now Founder MD Raj Gopal, HybizTV & Telugu Now CEO Dr. J. Sandhyarani, and others were also present on this occasion.
At the 4th edition of the HMA, five individuals were recognized with Legend Awards. Additionally, two team awards and three visionary awards were presented. Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy distributed awards across various categories, including Print Journalism (English, Telugu, and Other Languages), Print Advertising (English, Telugu, and Other Languages), Electronic Journalism, Electronic Advertising, and Digital Media. Award recipients included anchors, reporters, photojournalists, video journalists, and digital team members from various publications and channels. More than 70 individuals received these prestigious awards.
Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy highlighted the media’s pivotal role as the pillar of democracy, emphasizing the government’s commitment to consistently supporting the industry. He commended the media for their significant contributions during the Hybiz TV Media Awards, which celebrated accomplishments in print, electronic, and digital media. Additionally, he complimented the organizers from Hybiz TV for successfully hosting such a significant event.
Tributes Paid to Media Legends:
Tributes were paid to the departed media souls, Chairman of the Eenadu Group of Companies, the late Ramoji Rao, Managing Editor of Siasat, the late Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, and Editor of Daily Hindi Milap, the late Vinay Veer, as part of the Hybiz Media Awards 2024. Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy and other prominent figures from the media industry paid their respects. A one-minute silence was observed. The services rendered by Ramoji Rao, Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, and Vinay Veer to the field of journalism were remembered.
