In Mumbai’s opulent Bandra neighbourhood, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh paid Rs 119 crore for a luxurious quadruplex property with a sea view, making it one of the most expensive purchases ever made for a single residential apartment in the entire nation.
Intriguingly, it is situated on the same stretch of land as Shahrukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat and Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s home in Galaxy, also directly overlooking the sea.

The apartment has a total carpet space of 11,266 square feet and a private patio that is 1,300 square feet. It is located on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the tower. In accordance with the current property prices in the area, the deal is worth at more than one lakh per square foot.
Through the company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, which has Singh and his father Jugjeet Sunder Singh Bhavnani on its board of directors, Singh purchased the apartment. The company has paid a total of Rs 7.13 crore in stamp duty for the transaction, which has been completed through the execution of two different agreements.
According to the records acquired by Indextap.com, the agreements for the deal between Singh and the seller Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP were filed on Friday, July 8. Singh will have exclusive use of 19 parking spaces in the building as part of the agreement.
