Terms & Conditions / నిబంధనలు మరియు షరతులు

• 1. Original Content / స్వంత కంటెంట్:
  The submitted video must be original and created by the participant or participating team. / సమర్పించే వీడియో పాల్గొనేవారు లేదా పాల్గొనే బృందం స్వయంగా రూపొందించిన ఒరిజినల్ కంటెంట్ అయి ఉండాలి.
• 2. Telangana Tourism Theme / తెలంగాణ పర్యాటక అంశం:
  The video must showcase and promote the beauty, heritage, culture, nature, food, festivals, cities, villages or lesser-known tourism destinations of Telangana. / వీడియో తెలంగాణ అందాలు, వారసత్వం, సంస్కృతి, ప్రకృతి, ఆహారం, పండుగలు, నగరాలు, గ్రామాలు లేదా అంతగా తెలియని పర్యాటక ప్రదేశాలను ప్రదర్శిస్తూ తెలంగాణ పర్యాటకాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించాలి.
• 3. Real Footage Mandatory / నిజమైన వీడియో తప్పనిసరి:
  The main visuals used in the contest entry must be real footage captured by the participant or participating team. / పోటీకి సమర్పించే వీడియోలోని ప్రధాన దృశ్యాలు పాల్గొనేవారు లేదా బృందం స్వయంగా చిత్రీకరించిన నిజమైన ఫుటేజ్ అయి ఉండాలి.
• 4. AI Content Restrictions / AI కంటెంట్ పరిమితులు:
  AI-generated video footage, AI-generated people, locations and scenes are not permitted. / AI ద్వారా రూపొందించిన వీడియో ఫుటేజ్, వ్యక్తులు, ప్రదేశాలు లేదా దృశ్యాలు అనుమతించబడవు.
• 5. Limited AI Editing Assistance / పరిమిత AI ఎడిటింగ్ సహాయం:
  AI tools may be used only for minor editing assistance such as removing background noise, basic colour correction or improving audio quality. / బ్యాక్‌గ్రౌండ్ నాయిస్ తొలగించడం, ప్రాథమిక కలర్ కరెక్షన్ లేదా ఆడియో నాణ్యత మెరుగుపరచడం వంటి చిన్న ఎడిటింగ్ సహాయం కోసం మాత్రమే AI టూల్స్ ఉపయోగించవచ్చు.
• 6. AI Voiceovers, Scripts, Images & Visuals / AI వాయిస్‌ఓవర్, స్క్రిప్ట్‌లు, చిత్రాలు & దృశ్యాలు:
  AI-generated voiceovers, scripts, images or visuals are not permitted unless specifically approved by the organizers. / నిర్వాహకుల ప్రత్యేక అనుమతి లేకుండా AI ద్వారా రూపొందించిన వాయిస్‌ఓవర్‌లు, స్క్రిప్ట్‌లు, చిత్రాలు లేదా దృశ్యాలు అనుమతించబడవు.
• 7. Instagram Tags & Collaborations / Instagram ట్యాగ్‌లు & కొలాబరేషన్స్:
  The submitted video must tag and collaborate with Telangana Tourism, Hybiz.tv and Hybiz One on Instagram. Videos without the required tags and collaborations will not be considered. / సమర్పించిన వీడియోలో Instagramలో Telangana Tourism, Hybiz.tv మరియు Hybiz Oneలను తప్పనిసరిగా ట్యాగ్ చేసి, Collaboration చేయాలి. అవసరమైన ట్యాగ్‌లు మరియు కొలాబరేషన్ లేని వీడియోలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోరు.
• 8. Copyright / కాపీరైట్:
  Participants must not use copyrighted videos, photographs, music or other third-party material without obtaining the necessary permission. / అవసరమైన అనుమతి లేకుండా కాపీరైట్ ఉన్న వీడియోలు, ఫోటోలు, సంగీతం లేదా ఇతర మూడవ పక్ష కంటెంట్‌ను ఉపయోగించకూడదు.
• 9. Participant Responsibility / పాల్గొనేవారి బాధ్యత:
  Participants are responsible for obtaining permission to use any third-party material included in their submission. / సమర్పించే వీడియోలో ఉపయోగించే మూడవ పక్ష కంటెంట్‌కు అవసరమైన అనుమతులు పొందడం పాల్గొనేవారి బాధ్యత.
• 10. Respectful Representation / గౌరవప్రదమైన ప్రదర్శన:
  Videos must represent Telangana, its people, culture and destinations positively and respectfully. / వీడియోలు తెలంగాణ, తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు, సంస్కృతి మరియు పర్యాటక ప్రదేశాలను సానుకూలంగా మరియు గౌరవప్రదంగా చూపించాలి.
• 11. Accurate Information / ఖచ్చితమైన సమాచారం:
  Participants must avoid false or misleading information about places, people, culture or tourism experiences. / ప్రదేశాలు, ప్రజలు, సంస్కృతి లేదా పర్యాటక అనుభవాల గురించి తప్పుడు లేదా తప్పుదారి పట్టించే సమాచారాన్ని ఇవ్వకూడదు.
• 12. Safe & Appropriate Content / సురక్షితమైన & సముచితమైన కంటెంట్:
  Videos must not contain hate speech, offensive material, dangerous acts or illegal activities. / వీడియోల్లో ద్వేషపూరిత ప్రసంగం, అభ్యంతరకరమైన కంటెంట్, ప్రమాదకర చర్యలు లేదా చట్టవిరుద్ధమైన కార్యకలాపాలు ఉండకూడదు.
• 13. Submission Deadline / సమర్పణ గడువు:
  All entries must be submitted on or before 25 December 2026. Late submissions may not be accepted. / అన్ని ఎంట్రీలను 25 డిసెంబర్ 2026 లోపు లేదా అదే తేదీన సమర్పించాలి. ఆలస్యంగా సమర్పించిన ఎంట్రీలను పరిగణించకపోవచ్చు.
• 14. Number of Entries / ఎంట్రీల సంఖ్య:
  Each participant or team may submit up to 5 videos. / ప్రతి పాల్గొనే వ్యక్తి లేదా బృందం గరిష్టంగా 5 వీడియోలను సమర్పించవచ్చు.
• 15. Authenticity Verification / అసలుదనం ధృవీకరణ:
  Participants may be asked to provide their original footage to verify the authenticity of their submission. / సమర్పించిన వీడియో అసలుదనాన్ని ధృవీకరించడానికి పాల్గొనేవారిని వారి ఒరిజినల్ ఫుటేజ్ అందించమని కోరవచ్చు.
• 16. Disqualification / అనర్హత:
  A video may be disqualified if it uses prohibited AI-generated content, is copied or plagiarized, deliberately presents false information, uses copyrighted material without permission, fails to promote Telangana tourism, or violates any contest rule. / నిషేధిత AI కంటెంట్‌ను ఉపయోగించినా, కాపీ చేసినా, తప్పుడు సమాచారాన్ని ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా అందించినా, అనుమతి లేకుండా కాపీరైట్ కంటెంట్‌ను ఉపయోగించినా, తెలంగాణ పర్యాటకాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించకపోయినా లేదా పోటీ నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘించినా వీడియో అనర్హతకు గురికావచ్చు.
• 17. Organizer's Rights / నిర్వాహకుల హక్కులు:
  The organizers may publish selected entries on their official social media channels, websites and promotional platforms with appropriate participant credit. / నిర్వాహకులు ఎంపిక చేసిన ఎంట్రీలను పాల్గొనేవారి పేరును తగిన విధంగా పేర్కొంటూ తమ అధికారిక సోషల్ మీడియా ఛానళ్లలో, వెబ్‌సైట్లలో మరియు ప్రచార వేదికలపై ప్రచురించవచ్చు.
• 18. Right to Reject Entries / ఎంట్రీలను తిరస్కరించే హక్కు:
  The organizers reserve the right to reject entries that do not meet the contest requirements. / పోటీ నిబంధనలు మరియు అవసరాలను పాటించని ఎంట్రీలను తిరస్కరించే హక్కు నిర్వాహకులకు ఉంటుంది.
• 19. Participant Declaration / పాల్గొనేవారి ప్రకటన:
  By submitting a video, participants confirm that they have read and agreed to the contest rules and that the submitted work is their own. / వీడియోను సమర్పించడం ద్వారా, పాల్గొనేవారు పోటీ నిబంధనలు చదివి అంగీకరించినట్లు మరియు సమర్పించిన కంటెంట్ తమ స్వంతదేనని నిర్ధారిస్తారు.
• 20. Legal Responsibility / చట్టపరమైన బాధ్యత:
  Participants are responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from content, materials or submissions provided by them or third parties. / పాల్గొనేవారు లేదా మూడవ పక్షాలు అందించిన కంటెంట్, మెటీరియల్ లేదా సమర్పణల వల్ల తలెత్తే కాపీరైట్ ఉల్లంఘనలు లేదా ఇతర చట్టపరమైన సమస్యలకు పాల్గొనేవారే బాధ్యత వహించాలి.
