Hyderabad Metro Rail Introduces “Office Bubbles”
As part of its Transit Oriented Development, L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited (L&TMRHL) has developed an innovative concept called “Office Bubbles,” which provides secure, remote co-working areas (ToD). Through Office Bubbles, L&TMRHL would certainly meet Hyderabad’s growing demand for co-working spaces and also location-flexible workplaces.
Hyderabad Metro Rail‘s Transport Oriented Development area has been developing vibrant cities integrated with superior transportation systems with a focus on improving lifestyle. ToD provides over 18.5 million square feet of retail, dining, amusement, leisure, medical care, parking, and flow. Office Bubbles’ “Hub and Spoke” method, which focuses on IT firms, enables them to create smaller, more purposefully placed workplaces throughout the city. Over 0.4 million square feet (sq. ), with 1750 sq. ft. of space in two systems across 49 conventional city terminals and 5,000-30,000 sq. ft. of space in eight non-standard city terminals.
