Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited has unveiled its all-new electric three-wheeler, the Mahindra UDO (उड़ो), marking a bold step in last-mile transportation. Priced at an introductory ₹3,58,999 (ex-showroom), the Mahindra UDO aims to set new standards in design, comfort, safety, and performance.
Inspired by an airplane, the Mahindra UDO features a sleek, aerodynamic design built on a segment-first full monocoque construction. It comes with bold headlamps, stylish mirrors, and a large windshield that enhance road presence. Inside, the vehicle offers a driver-focused “pilot seat” that is 20% thicker than standard seats. Passengers benefit from generous legroom and headroom, ensuring lounge-like comfort.
The Mahindra UDO delivers a best-in-class 200 km real-world range (265 km ARAI-certified). It is powered by an 11.7 kWh IP67-rated lithium-ion battery and a PMS motor that produces 10 kW peak power and 52 Nm torque. Drivers can switch between Range, Ride, and Race modes to balance efficiency and performance. The top speed reaches 55 km/h in Race mode.
In addition, the vehicle features reverse throttle, creep mode, hill hold assist, and regenerative braking. These features improve control and energy efficiency. Powerful drum brakes ensure minimal braking distance, while 30.48 cm tubeless tyres enhance safety.
Mahindra offers a warranty of 6 years or 1.5 lakh km. Owners also receive free service up to 1 lakh km under the UDAY NXT scheme, which includes ₹20 lakh accidental insurance.
With advanced features and strong safety standards, the Mahindra UDO is set to strengthen electrification in India’s L5M auto segment.
