Three-Day Property Show Calls Homebuyers to ‘Permanent Ho Jao’

The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 was inaugurated today at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hitech City. The three-day event will be held from February 6 to 8, 2026, at Hall 4, HITEX, and is considered Hyderabad’s most trusted real estate exhibition.
The event brings together CREDAI member developers, banks, and key real estate stakeholders on one platform. As a result, homebuyers can explore verified projects with confidence and clarity.
Senior Government Leaders Inaugurate the Event
The Property Show was inaugurated by Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Finance and Planning, Government of Telangana. He was joined by N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Irrigation and Civil Supplies, and K. Ramakrishna Rao, IAS, Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana.
Senior CREDAI Hyderabad leaders, including President N. Jaideep Reddy, President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao, and General Secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, were also present at the inauguration.



‘Permanent Ho Jao’ Theme Focuses on Trusted Home Buying
This year’s Property Show carries the theme ‘Permanent Ho Jao’. The theme encourages people to invest in Hyderabad and make the city their permanent home. It reflects CREDAI’s core values of trust, transparency, and ethical practices.
