The Hyderabad edition of Earth Summit 2025–26 opened on Thursday with a strong message from Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Shri Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu. He said the government is fully committed to helping farmers grow and succeed.

He spoke at the session titled ‘Towards an Inclusive Economic Future: Empowering Rural India through Reform and Innovation’. He explained that projects in irrigation, digital crop records, and post-harvest systems are already helping rural families.
“These steps show we stand with farmers every day, not only in times of crisis,” he said.

He added that Telangana aims for fast rural growth.
“Digital tools, agritech, fintech, clean energy, and incubation systems support one goal. Rural growth must be exponential, not slow,” he said.
