The Sudha Reddy Foundation, in collaboration with the MEIL Foundation, announced the 2nd Edition of the Pink Power Run 2025. The event aims to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer, one of the most common cancers affecting women in India.
This year, the theme “Stride and Shine” encourages participants to move forward with courage, hope, and resilience. The run will take place on 28th September 2025 at Necklace Road, Hyderabad, and promises to be one of the city’s most inspiring health events of the year.
Global Icons Join the Cause
The announcement featured two global beauty queens:
- Miss World 2025, Opal Suchata Chuangsri, who is also a breast cancer survivor.
- Miss Asia 2025, Krishnah Gravidez, adding global support to this noble cause.
Their presence underscores the importance of breast cancer awareness and brings international attention to Hyderabad’s initiative.
More Than Just a Marathon

The Pink Power Run is not simply a race. It is a movement for breast cancer awareness, early detection, and survivor support. The 2025 edition will feature:
- 10K, 5K, and 3K runs for all age groups and fitness levels.
- Participation of women from rural communities, ensuring that the message of prevention reaches beyond urban areas.
A Strong CSR Vision
The Sudha Reddy Foundation, led by philanthropist Mrs. Sudha Reddy, has been actively working in healthcare and women’s empowerment. Through awareness workshops, breast cancer screening camps, and survivor support programs, the foundation has touched millions of lives across India.
Speaking at the launch, Mrs. Reddy said:
“Breast cancer awareness is not just a cause, but a responsibility. Early detection saves lives, and through Pink Power Run we aim to take this message to every woman – from cities to remote villages.”
The MEIL Foundation, CSR arm of Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd., is supporting the event with its strong presence in healthcare and social welfare.
