The partnership was announced during the Telangana Sports Conclave, held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). This event marks the official launch of the Telangana Sports Policy 2025, a new plan created by the state to improve sports across Telangana. The policy was developed over the past year under the guidance of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, with input from athletes, coaches, experts, and sports officials to make sure it works for everyone involved in sports.
The objective of the conclave is to introduce the Telangana Sports Policy 2025 to the national sports community and to encourage broad-based participation in its implementation. All arrangements for the event have been completed, with dignitaries, stakeholders, and sports professionals arriving from across India.

- Celebrated sports analyst Charu Sharma
- Former Olympians and Indian sports legends like Pullela Gopichand, Gagan Narang, and Anju Bobby George
- Representatives from various sports federations and associations

Shivasena Reddy remarked, “This is just the beginning. Telangana has already shown it can host world-class events. With the Chief Minister’s strong support and the Sports Department’s dedication, many more national and international sporting events will follow.”
Anil Kumble’s sports consulting firm, TENVIC (To Ensure Victory), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Sports, Government of Telangana. The tie-up aims to strengthen sports training, coaching infrastructure, and athlete development in the state as part of the broader Telangana Sports Policy 2025.
Anil Kumble, founder of TENVIC and former Indian cricket captain, added, “Our goal at TENVIC is to ensure every aspiring athlete gets access to the right training, mentorship, and opportunity. Telangana’s policy is visionary, and we’re proud to be part of this journey.”

The Sports Conclave also aims to take the Telangana Sports Policy to a national level, inviting collaboration, visibility, and replication across other states.
