In a significant development for e-governance in India, Raminfo Limited has been awarded a major project worth ₹14.14 crore by the Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Tripura. The company will develop and implement ‘UNNOTI’, a citizen-centric digital platform aimed at transforming public service delivery across the state.
This project is part of the Tripura Rural Economic Growth & Service Delivery Project (TRESP) and marks a milestone in Raminfo’s expanding presence in the North-East region.
What is UNNOTI?
UNNOTI, short for Unified Services & Benefits Delivery Platform, is a digital initiative that will simplify how citizens interact with government services. The platform will connect over 60 government departments and more than 300 welfare schemes through a single interface, bringing faster, easier, and more transparent service delivery to the 41 lakh citizens of Tripura.
Designed under the “Ease of Living” vision, UNNOTI will:
- Offer a unified citizen portal and mobile app
- Eliminate repetitive form submissions
- Include service dashboards for real-time tracking
- Use emerging technologies such as AI, ML, analytics, and IoT
Raminfo’s Role and Vision
Raminfo will serve as the system integrator, handling the end-to-end development, deployment, and 26-month post-launch support of the UNNOTI platform.
According to Mr. L. Srinath Reddy, Managing Director of Raminfo Limited:
“UNNOTI is not just a tech platform—it’s a mission to bring digital transformation to the people of Tripura. Our goal is to simplify citizen services and create meaningful impact through technology.”
He further emphasized Raminfo’s commitment to inclusive digital growth and highlighted the company’s long-standing track record in delivering robust, large-scale government tech solutions.
Supporting TRESP Goals
The UNNOTI initiative aligns closely with the goals of TRESP, which focuses on:
- Strengthening digital governance
- Supporting rural economic development
- Improving last-mile delivery of benefits
By integrating various services into a single window system, UNNOTI will reduce inefficiencies, lower processing times, and provide greater convenience to citizens, especially those in rural areas.
This new project further establishes Raminfo as a trusted technology partner in the public sector. Known for its expertise in smart governance, fintech, healthcare, and energy, the company continues to lead in digital transformation efforts across India.
