Leading prefab construction company EPACK Prefab Technologies Limited has inaugurated a new sandwich panel manufacturing facility in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh. This marks a significant step forward in the company’s mission to build faster, greener, and smarter infrastructure for India.
The plant is built on a 2.83 lakh sq. ft. plot with a 1.49 lakh sq. ft. built-up area, adding an annual production capacity of 8 lakh square meters. With this, EPACK’s total sandwich panel manufacturing capacity rises to 13.10 lakh square meters per year.
The facility features a fully automated production line for PUR/PIR and Rockwool panels, ensuring:
- High precision
- Reduced material waste
- Minimal manual handling
- Consistent product quality
This expansion supports high-growth sectors like cold storage, food processing, cleanrooms, and industrial warehousing.

Business Growth & Social Impact
With a ₹56 crore investment (excluding land), EPACK aims to capture 30–35% market share in the sandwich panel segment by FY-end. The plant also generates employment for 600+ locals, strengthening its regional impact.
EPACK was also recognized by the Golden Book of Records for constructing the fastest-built industrial structure in India at the same location—a 1.5 lakh sq. ft. building inside APIIC Industrial Park, Mambattu.
