Toastmasters District 126 Annual Conference
Toastmasters clubs offer a life-changing platform, especially for individuals from rural or non-English-speaking backgrounds.

The city of Hyderabad is buzzing with the spirit of communication and leadership as Toastmasters District 126 kicks off its annual conference, “Jubilance 2025,” at the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Gachibowli. The two-day event brings together Toastmasters from across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Nagpur—making it one of the most significant Toastmasters gatherings in India.

The theme of the conference: empowering individuals through the art of public speaking and leadership.

Start with Global Leaders

The conference was inaugurated in the presence of Distinguished Toastmaster Sujit Sukumaran, Region 8 International Director, who graced the event as Chief Guest. A major highlight was the keynote address by Manoj Vasudevan, the 2017 World Champion of Public Speaking, who shared strategies on personal growth, leadership, and public speaking mastery.

Building Confidence Through Contests and Community

Jubilance 2025 features several high-impact speech contests including:

  • International Speech Contest

  • Table Topics (impromptu speech)
  • Evaluation Contest

Winners of these contests will represent District 126 at higher levels, including national and international competitions.

In addition to the contests, the event offers networking opportunities, peer learning, and personal development workshops—making it a platform for both new and seasoned Toastmasters to grow and connect.

Why Toastmasters Matters More Than Ever

Winners from each contest will move forward to represent District 126 at the national and international levels. It’s a big step for those dreaming of a global stage.

But it’s not just about the competition.

The conference also offers plenty of value through networking sessions, peer learning opportunities, and personal development workshops. These activities give both newcomers and seasoned Toastmasters a chance to grow, share ideas, and form meaningful connections.

Toastmasters clubs cater to students, professionals, and homemakers alike, and are present in colleges, corporates, and local communities.

A Global Organization, Local Impact

Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization with a presence in over 143 countries and 17,000+ clubs.
