The Cyberabad Builders Association (CBA), an emerging force in Hyderabad’s real estate landscape, successfully hosted its Annual Celebration coupled with a high-impact Thought Leadership Discussion at HICC, Novotel. Over the past five years, office space transactions have also gained momentum, positioning Hyderabad as a leading destination for tech parks, startups, and global firms.

In the retail sector, high street locations continued to dominate the real estate narrative. However, suburban retail corridors such as Kothapet, Nallagandla, and Kompally also witnessed a notable surge in leasing activity, reflecting a shift in consumer behavior and urban sprawl. Interestingly, Jubilee Hills emerged as a key contributor in overall transactions and maintained a notable record in rental appreciation as well.
