The Cyberabad Builders Association (CBA), an emerging force in Hyderabad’s real estate landscape, successfully hosted its Annual Celebration coupled with a high-impact Thought Leadership Discussion at HICC, Novotel. The event spotlighted the dynamic evolution of Hyderabad’s real estate sector and brought together some of the most influential minds from the construction and development ecosystem.

Graced by Shri Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister for Irrigation, CAD & Civil Supplies, Government of Telangana, and Shri Vem Narender Reddy, Advisor to the Chief Minister, the evening set the tone for future-forward conversations on urban growth, sustainable development, and the role of developers in shaping tomorrow’s Hyderabad.

A Celebration of Progress and Purpose

This year’s annual gathering was not just a ceremonial occasion but a true reflection of CBA’s rising impact in the region. The event brought together developers, architects, city planners, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to acknowledge achievements and exchange insights on the future of real estate in Hyderabad.

The CBA Annual Celebration marked a milestone year of growth, collaboration, and recognition for the association and its members. Through an engaging program of speeches, panel discussions, and award presentations, the association reaffirmed its commitment to elevating standards across the real estate value chain.

Real Estate Trends and Market Highlights

One of the major talking points during the event was Hyderabad’s commercial real estate boom. As highlighted in the discussion, property registrations in 2024 saw an increase compared to 2023, reaffirming investor and consumer confidence in the city’s growth story. Over the past five years, office space transactions have also gained momentum, positioning Hyderabad as a leading destination for tech parks, startups, and global firms.

In the retail sector, high street locations continued to dominate the real estate narrative. However, suburban retail corridors such as Kothapet, Nallagandla, and Kompally also witnessed a notable surge in leasing activity, reflecting a shift in consumer behavior and urban sprawl. Interestingly, Jubilee Hills emerged as a key contributor in overall transactions and maintained a notable record in rental appreciation as well.

Government Support and Policy Advocacy

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Uttam Kumar Reddy stated,

“The Telangana Government is deeply committed to driving growth in the building and construction sector across Hyderabad and the entire state. We are entering an era of unprecedented opportunity, where builders can look forward to consistent, year-on-year growth. With a strong focus on ease of doing business, the Government will continue to implement progressive policies that empower every member of the Cyberabad Builders Association, fueling profitability and long-term success. Hyderabad is rapidly emerging as a global city, backed by world-class infrastructure.”

His message underscored the importance of strong public-private partnerships in driving urban transformation and reflected the administration’s confidence in builders as change agents.

CBA’s Vision for the Future

Mr. U. Uday Shekar, President of Cyberabad Builders Association, emphasized the dual importance of celebrating milestones and advancing dialogue.

“This annual gathering is a celebration of progress and a platform for purpose-driven dialogue. With landmark projects reshaping the city’s landscape, Hyderabad is primed for sustained growth. At Cyberabad Builders Association, we are committed to aligning our efforts with the city’s vision while contributing to innovation, sustainability, and inclusive urban development.”

In addition to the discussions, the event also included awards and recognitions, honoring the achievements of outstanding team members and project contributors. From technological innovation to sustainability, excellence in various categories was celebrated—cementing the spirit of collaboration and motivation within the association.

Mr. G. Aravind Ghosh, General Secretary of the Cyberabad Builders Association, echoed the sentiment, stating:

“Our Annual Celebration is more than just an event—it represents the shared spirit, vision, and progress of our association. As Cyberabad continues to experience rapid and transformative growth, we remain committed to fostering innovation, driving sustainable practices, and ensuring inclusive development.”
