Woxsen University in Hyderabad proudly welcomed Yves Leterme, the Former Prime Minister of Belgium, to its campus for an International Conclave centered on ‘India-EU as Strategic Partners for the Future of Higher Education.’ Distinguished attendees included G. V. Prasad, Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Honorary Consul General of Belgium, along with prominent representatives from various institutions, including the US Consulate Hyderabad, the Embassy of the Netherlands, the Government of Telangana, and esteemed universities such as the University of Hyderabad, IBS Hyderabad, NALSAR, NICMAR University, and IMT Hyderabad.

Leterme outlined key priorities, including boosting connectivity, setting up an ecosystem for energy consumption, digital collaboration, and person-to-person cooperation through education exchange and tourism.

A Plenary Session on “Internationalization of Higher Education: Reflections on Present and the Road Ahead” featured distinguished speakers like Dr. Shankar S. Mantha, Former Chairman of AICTE, Dr. Suman K. Mukherjee, Economist & Management Consultant, G.V. Prasad, Co-chairman and MD of Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Yves Leterme, and Dr. Raul V. Rodriguez, Vice-President of Woxsen University.
