During the opening of the Hyderabad office, Mr. S.D.R. Arudpragasam, Chairman of E.B. Creasy Group, emphasized that the Lanka SSL as the market leader in Sri Lanka, has established itself as a global player in the industry. He also emphasized the importance of global expansion and diversification. He added in his speech, that Lanka SSL will contribute in no small measures to the growing needs in the poultry industry in India by providing a high-quality product. The official announcement of the new product lines took place at a press conference attended by officials from Lanka Special Steels Limited and Salem Weld Mesh, their Indian distributor. Mr. Pravin De Silva, Director and CEO of Lanka Special Steels, expressed satisfaction with the launch, supported by Salem Weld Mesh’s extensive experience in the Indian market.

Lanka Special Steels’ products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility with a capacity of 30,000Mt per annum and hold SLS and BIS certifications. Mr. Uday Singh Bayas and Mr. Chakradhara Rao from the Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers Association endorsed the product quality, adding credibility to the launch.
