On the occasion of World Motorcycle Day, Royal Brothers, India’s leading bike rental platform, hosted the 11th edition of the “RB For Women” program in Hyderabad. The event was organized in partnership with Moto Business Service India (MBSI), a Yamaha Motor Co. subsidiary. Held at Hasten Go Karting Zone, the session trained over 120 women in scooter and bike riding.
A Program That Builds Confidence and Skill
The “RB For Women” initiative helps women of all ages and skill levels learn how to ride two-wheelers. Some are absolute beginners. Others already ride and want to improve. With help from expert trainers and proper safety gear, every woman receives personalized support in a safe and controlled space.
“Riding is not just a skill—it’s freedom,” said Abhishek Chandrashekar, CEO of Royal Brothers. “We want to make this freedom accessible to women across India.”
A Shared Vision for Mobility & Empowerment

So far, this initiative has trained over 600 women across the country. The program does more than teach riding. It helps women feel independent, confident, and in control. It also gives them the option to rent bikes, helping them with everyday travel or even job opportunities.
Moreover, MBSI’s Women Empowerment Project shares the same goal. It aims to break barriers by giving women access to affordable and sustainable transport.
“Mobility creates opportunity. When women can ride, they become self-reliant,” said Nakao Hiroshi, CEO of MBSI.
Growing Impact Across India
RB For Women is not limited to Hyderabad. It has already been hosted in other cities and will soon expand to more locations. With each session, more women get the chance to learn, ride, and explore with confidence.
The program supports more than mobility. It helps women:
- Break gender roles
- Gain employment options
- Feel safe and independent
- Inspire others in their communities
This isn’t just about riding. It’s about moving forward.
