Southern India is rapidly becoming the new growth engine of the aluminium extrusion industry, with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at the forefront. Driven by strong industrial activity, expanding export markets, and rising demand across sectors like construction, renewable energy, electric vehicles, and infrastructure, the region is now critical to India’s push for self-reliant manufacturing.

This regional momentum will take center stage at ALUMEX India 2025, the country’s only dedicated platform for the aluminium extrusion sector. Organized by the Aluminium Extrusion Manufacturers Association of India (ALEMAI), the expo will be held in New Delhi from September 10 to 13, with support from industry giants like Hindalco, Vedanta, and the Jawaharlal Nehru Aluminium Research Development and Design Centre (JNARDDC).
