Superstar singer Sonu Nigam has officially extended his ‘Satrangi Re’ India Tour concerts to a full 180-minute live performance, starting with the Hyderabad show on November 29, 2025 at The League Arena. The decision comes after the Mumbai debut witnessed an extraordinary response from more than 13,000 fans, who requested a longer set with more of his iconic songs.
Why Sonu Nigam Extended His Concert Duration
The original 2.5-hour set did not allow enough space for some fan-favourite tracks. Songs like ‘Kill Dil’, ‘Sapna Jahan’, and ‘Main Hoon Na’ were missed by fans during the Mumbai premiere. This overwhelming feedback prompted Sonu Nigam and the organisers to add 30 extra minutes to the show.
Speaking about the extension, Sonu Nigam said,
“The original format could not include many of my loved tracks. So we decided to extend the performance to give the audience a complete musical experience. Let the entire canvas be splashed with all colours possible in Satrangi Re.”
Organisers Reveal Why It Became a 3-Hour Show

“Mumbai’s runaway success forced us to make it a three-hour show. After the concert, we received hundreds of requests to add more songs and extend the show. Working with Sonu ji is a blessing because he always puts the audience first.”
