Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM) marked a proud milestone with its 30th Convocation, Snatak, held on October 22, 2025, at its Kompally campus in Secunderabad. The ceremony saw 214 PGDM graduates receive their certificates, surrounded by faculty, parents, alumni, and industry leaders who gathered to celebrate their achievements and growth.
Presiding over the event, Mrs Aarathy Sampathy, President and Chief Executive of the Siva Sivani Group of Institutions, conferred the degrees and encouraged students to approach their careers with integrity and commitment. “Education is not only about earning degrees but also about becoming responsible citizens who make a difference,” she said. Moreover, she reminded the graduates that true learning continues beyond the classroom and shapes one’s contribution to society.

Prof. T. G. Sitharam, Chairman of AICTE, joined the convocation virtually and urged graduates to embrace continuous learning in today’s fast-evolving world. He emphasised that “India’s growth depends on professionals who innovate responsibly — keeping both business and the planet in focus.” Furthermore, he urged the young leaders to balance ambition with integrity, ensuring that progress benefits both people and the environment.
Mr. Ramakrishna Sataluri, CEO of Shakti Energy Solutions Limited and Guest of Honour, inspired the audience with his thoughts on sustainability and ethical leadership. He emphasized that “India’s growth depends on professionals who innovate responsibly — keeping both business and the planet in focus.” He called on young leaders to drive value-based change in modern enterprises.
Recognising Excellence and Celebrating Legacy
The ceremony included the presentation of gold medals for academic excellence, with Chandana Naikal, Prakhar Singh, and Jyothi Choudhary among the distinguished recipients. Each award symbolized perseverance, dedication, and the institute’s emphasis on holistic education.
Administering the Convocation Oath, Mrs. Aarathy Sampathy urged graduates to take “action” as the foundation for success. The event radiated pride and joy as families and mentors watched a new generation of leaders step into the professional world.
