The 2025 Silver Jubilee Government College Alumni Meet in Kurnool became not only a celebration of generosity but also of academic achievement. During the event, Mr Janardhan Kompally, Chairman and Founder of Makuta Developers, announced a ₹5 lakh scholarship for the college’s top-performing students, thereby supporting their pursuit of higher education and excellence.
The event brought together alumni, faculty, and students to honour the college’s rich legacy. Sri S. Sathyanarayana, IAS, Secretary of the BC Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, attended as the Chief Guest, along with Prof. V.
