The Telangana Government and Ridhira Group have signed an MoU to develop a premium hospitality and wellness project in Yacharam. The announcement was made at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025. The project, with an investment of ₹117 crore, will be a key anchor in the State’s flagship Bharat Future City vision and is expected to create 300+ jobs.
Part of the Bharat Future City Vision
Bharat Future City is planned as a smart, sustainable, net-zero urban hub near Hyderabad. It will integrate housing, commercial spaces, industrial clusters, healthcare, education, and recreation.
The planned Yacharam hospitality project supports this vision by creating a vibrant destination for business, leisure, tourism, and wellness.
Project Highlights
The Ridhira Group’s development will include:
- 150-key premium hotel
- Two F&B outlets
- 18,500 sq. ft. Wellness Centre
- 20 branded luxury villas with sale-and-leaseback options
Built to international hospitality standards, the project is set to position Yacharam as a major wellness and tourism hub in Telangana.

Government Support and Next Steps
The Telangana Government will:
- Provide all required approvals through its Single Window Mechanism
- Enable fast-track clearances
- Support a smooth project rollout
Ridhira Group will now prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) and move toward formal agreements for phased development.
