Premium kids’ ethnic wear brand P&S Co. has officially opened its first store in Hyderabad, located at GVK One Mall, Banjara Hills. This is the brand’s first expansion outside Kolkata in its 8-year journey.
From Passion Project to Celebrity-Favorite Brand
Founded by Pooja Bihani Kanoria (MDI Gurgaon alum) and Salauni Gupta Bihani (NIFT graduate), P&S Co. started as a boutique brand. Today, it’s known nationwide for its handcrafted, elegant ethnic wear for kids.
The brand has won the hearts of high-profile families like the Ambanis, Piramals, Adanis, and GVKs. Celebrities such as Shahid Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and even Boris Johnson have chosen P&S for their children.\
“Every outfit tells a story — whether it’s a child’s first Diwali or a wedding,” said the founders. “We design each piece with love, comfort, and cultural pride.”
Hyderabad Launch Is a Special Homecoming
This launch feels personal for Salauni, one of the co-founders, who originally hails from Hyderabad. P&S had already seen strong demand from Hyderabad customers through earlier exhibitions.
Led by Local Women Entrepreneurs
The store launched under master franchisee Rapid Corp, led by Mrs. Lata Agarwal and her daughter Ms. Akshita Nahar. Akshita, who comes from an interior design background, saw a gap in the market for high-quality kids’ ethnic wear.
“Parents struggled to find festive wear that’s both stylish and child-friendly,” said Akshita. “P&S solves that with design, comfort, and premium quality.”
What’s Next for P&S Co.
Following this Hyderabad launch, P&S Co. plans to expand to other metro cities across India and also aims to enter Middle Eastern markets in the next five years. The brand is also investing in its digital platforms to offer global access to its collections.
