Ola Electric Car Launch:
The Ola Electric event has begun, and the company has announced its much-anticipated EV car. According to the company, the car will be available in 2024 and have a 500-kilometer range. It also revealed the S1 scooter and a new battery.
During the event, Ola CEO and co-founder Bhavish Aggarwal discussed bringing an EV revolution to India. He claims that the company’s Ola Future factory will be able to produce one million electric vehicles in the future.
Agarwal has been teasing the car announcement for quite some time. However, it appears that the new EV car will take some time to arrive. Ola only revealed that the vehicle would go from 0 to 100 in four seconds and have a range of 500 kilometres. However, the car will not be available until 2024, indicating that it is still in the works.

Ola already has EV scooters on the market, though safety concerns about these products have been raised in recent months. According to Aggarwal, the Ola Electric car will have a futuristic design and will be the size of a small hatchback. Aggarwal tweeted a design for the car in January, and we’ll have to wait and see if it stays the same.
