Nexus Malls Rebrands Sujana Mall as Nexus Hyderabad
Nexus Malls, India’s largest retail platform with approximately 10 million square feet of Grade A shopping centers in 13 major cities, has unified its 17 retail assets under a single brand identity. This is one of the most significant changes in the history of organised retail in India, and it demonstrates Nexus Malls’ dedication to putting consumers first. As part of the rebranding, Forum Sujana is now Nexus Hyderabad.
The new brand identity aims to improve and raise awareness of the Nexus Malls platform among its staff, retailers, and customers. Nexus Malls’ new logo is contemporary, bold, and inviting, representing the company’s objective of better engaging current and prospective customers. Each vibrant colour of the logo represents a particular feeling or notion, such as joy, excitement, freshness, life, enchantment, and, most importantly, happiness.
Speaking at the event, Jayen Naik, COO of Nexus Malls, said, “We are really excited to reveal the new avatar of Nexus Hyderabad Mall, which is not only an aesthetic change but will be a whole new experience for our consumers in every way. We are happy with the level of trust shown by our customers, which has led to ongoing recovery and steady development. We currently have over 130 percent of business and more than 80 percent traffic recovery at Nexus Hyderabad Mall, which is a testament to their faith in us. We are observing greater traction in a few sectors, such as fashion, luxury, footwear, electronics, and movies, as a result of a protracted epidemic.
Building on its brand-new motto and logo, Nexus Hyderabad has undergone a makeover that includes entirely redoing the elegant interiors of its outside façade. This will provide clients with a breathtaking visual treat. The expansive Central Atrium has been renovated with complimentary luxury interiors, making it the ideal location for internal festivals, musical performances, and other events. The renovation is finished, and the mall now has brand-new, exquisite lighting that contributes to the overall imperial design and makes it an iconic place to delight. The mall features a wide selection of well-known domestic and foreign brands for prospective customers, including Decathlon Connect, Columbia Sportswear, ASICS, Tasva, Mufti, RK by Ritu Kumar, ORRA, Baggit, and Qaffeine. Taco Bell and California Burrito are two of the mall’s upscale additions to the Food Court.
According to Nishank Joshi, Chief Marketing Officer of Nexus Malls, “The new identity brings to life our promise of ‘Har Din Kuchh Naya’, where we vow to provide something fresh, special, and distinctive to our 130+ Mn consumers every day. Furthermore, rebranding will support stronger cross-functional synergy. This guarantees that everything we do is based on our core values of customer centricity, caring, innovation, and excellence.
The recently renovated Nexus Hyderabad is also ready to debut the reimagined slogan “Har Din Kuchh Naya,” where a thrilling schedule of events and activities are scheduled to offer guests something fresh every day.
The pandemic’s lockdowns and social restrictions have had a significant influence on the organised retail business. This has prompted Nexus Malls to reassess its business approach and seek creative solutions to minimise interruptions and restore confidence in Indian company owners and customers.
The merger into Nexus Complexes follows a string of successful acquisitions, including eight retail malls from the Prestige Group in 2021. Nexus Malls has now expanded to become India’s largest and most diverse retail platform.
Nexus Malls has begun renaming its retail sites in order to better engage with customers, beginning with South India in May 2022. The rebranding launch will be celebrated over the following several months with a variety of engaging activities connecting Nexus Malls consumers across the country.
