Hybiz.tv Education Excellence Awards 2023 TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These are the official Rules and Regulations for participants who have registered for the Hybiz.tv Education Excellence Awards 2023. All candidates must carefully read and adhere to the following terms and conditions to be eligible as contestants:

1. The nomination form is solely for the purpose of nomination and does not guarantee an award.
2. The applicant and their organization must not have any pending Civil/Criminal cases or defaulted bank loans, either in the past or present.
3. The applicant must actively and diligently participate according to the provided schedule.
4. The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of online applications for any reason.
5. The applicant agrees to be available for an interview/presentation with the judges during the selection process. This may be conducted via phone or in-person at the applicant’s establishment.
6. The applicant is responsible for their travel and accommodation expenses during the event.
7. If selected as a winner, the applicant acknowledges that all decisions regarding production, promotions, photographs, advertising, media appearances, endorsements, testimonials, and other aspects shall be at the discretion of Hybiz.tv.
8. In the event of a contractual default, the contestant must return all prizes and trophies to Hybiz.tv office in their original condition.
9. Any misconduct, negative representation, or misrepresentation by the applicant, whether oral, written, or through actions, may result in disqualification.
10. Providing incorrect information will lead to disqualification, regardless of when it is discovered.
11. The applicant should not be involved in any contract, whether written or verbal, with any person, firm, Education, Public Relations Firm, publicist, charity, or corporation regarding any current or potential titles.
12. The organizers are not liable for any loss or physical injury incurred during the applicant’s participation in the event. The applicant participates at their own risk and responsibility.
13. tv may disclose the information provided by the applicant to any person for any purpose.
14. The applicant authorizes Hybiz.tv and its representatives to verify the information provided on the application, including personal and professional background, character, work history, awards, and qualifications.
15. The schedule of events and qualification rounds may be subject to change at the discretion of the organizers, and they are not responsible for any non-completion or cancellation of the event.
16. In case of any dispute, the decisions of the organizers are final and binding. The judging deadlines are determined by the number of entries, and the judges’ decision is final.
17. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad/Secunderabad.
