GVRR Infra launches GMR Brundavan at Yadadri. GVRR Infra which is part of the prestigious GMR Group has launched its “GMR Brundavan” a Studio Apartment project at the footsteps of the newly built Yadadri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple and the Patha Gutta Temples.
A brochure was launched on the occasion followed by Bhoomi pooja at Yadadri on 15th June 2022. Shri Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy, MLA, Bhupalapally, graced the occasion as Chief Guests, while Municipal council and Temple authorities from Yadadri were the Guests of Honour.
GMR Brundavan is the first approved Studio Apartment project at Yadadri Temple City Municipality in the vicinity of Hyderabad.
The project is designed to give an experience of a resort and star hotel living with 575 single and 2 bedroom studio apartments providing all modern amenities like best of the landscaping, theme gardens, club house, swimming pool, gaming zone, dining and banquet halls.
GMR had M/s Sudhir Associates, a leading Architect and M/s Conifer Landscaping for this unique project. The project is expected to be completed by December 2024.
Convenience and connectivity to the tourist spots like Baswapur Reservoir, Baswapur Water Theme park (a Telangana Tourism prestigious project), Surendrapuri, Temple City View Point etc add attraction to the Studio Apartments.
During the launch, Chairman of GVRR Infra, Shri Gandra Bhupal Reddy has opined on the trends in the investments in Real Estate. He emphasised on the need to generate a hassle free secondary income for investors in the real estate. He ensured guaranteed returns and steady income from day one for the GMR Brundavan customers. Returns without worries like maintenance, no tenant and up keep of the property is USP of the project.
