The 15th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2025 wrapped up on a grand note, celebrating Hyderabad’s rise as a vibrant, affordable, and sustainable real estate hub. The three-day event drew a large number of homebuyers, investors, and developers, showcasing the city’s infrastructure, green initiatives, and robust economic growth.

Government Focus on Sustainable and Transparent Growth

Hon’ble Minister Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Minister for IT, Electronics & Industries, graced the event as the Chief Guest. He praised NAREDCO Telangana for its 15-year contribution to strengthening the real estate sector.

He said, “The Telangana Government is building a transparent, future-ready real estate ecosystem through digital innovation and data-driven governance.”
Recent policy reforms have boosted investor confidence, helping the state’s real estate and construction sectors contribute nearly ₹80,000 crore to the economy.

Furthermore, Hyderabad has become one of India’s most affordable global cities, hosting over 70 Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in the past year. Major projects like the Regional Ring Road and Metro Phase 2 expansion are also underway. The city saw a 35% year-on-year increase in property registrations, reaching 6,612 transactions worth ₹4,008 crore.

Union Minister Highlights Real Estate’s Economic Role

Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of Coal and Mines, praised the success of the Property Show. He emphasized that real estate and infrastructure together are key drivers of economic development.

He noted that over 60% of current growth comes from Greenfield projects in cities such as Vijayawada and Nagpur. Initiatives like metro expansion and integrated township projects are not only generating employment but also boosting investor confidence.

He added, “With urbanization rising rapidly, housing demand is increasing. Strategic investments in real estate and infrastructure will play a crucial role in achieving a fully developed India by 2047.”

Mr Vijaya Sai Meka, President of NAREDCO Telangana, said the Property Show reflects the collective commitment of all stakeholders.

“Our goal is to make Hyderabad a sustainable, investor-friendly global city. This event is a testament to the unity and confidence within the real estate fraternity,” he stated.

Mr. Sreedhar Reddy, General Secretary of NAREDCO Telangana, added,
