The FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) marked a milestone in its journey by launching the first-ever FLO National Job Fair in Hyderabad. The event, held at Avinash College of Commerce in Secunderabad, saw an overwhelming response with 35 top companies and over 1,200 job seekers participating.
This unique initiative was inaugurated by Ms. Hari Chandana Dasari, IAS, District Collector of Hyderabad, along with Ms. Pinky Reddy, FLO Past National President, and Ms. Kamini Saraf, FLO National Vice Chairperson. The Job Fair aimed to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers, especially focusing on empowering women and youth through direct employment and skilling opportunities.

Addressing the gathering, Ms. Hari Chandana praised FLO’s efforts to connect aspirants with real-world opportunities:
“There’s a large gap between available jobs and seekers. FLO’s efforts to create a structured job-matching platform is both timely and necessary. Telangana is also upgrading 65 ITIs into Advanced Technology Centres to further boost skilling.”
Ms. Pinky Reddy, Past President of FLO, added:
“This is a landmark initiative. It represents how FLO is evolving from networking to nation-building through job creation.”
The Job Fair’s success was made possible by a tech-driven backend system that enabled smooth onboarding of employers, job-candidate matching, and real-time interview coordination. Operational leadership was led by Ms. Priya Gazdar and Ms. Sujitha Chityala, who coordinated the event in Hyderabad.
