Supremo Busts
Supremo Busts Fake Tank Factory in Hyderabad

Supremo India Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in water storage tanks for over 30 years, uncovered a major trademark infringement. A Hyderabad-based company, Jai Dhanlakshmi, was caught producing and selling counterfeit water tanks using the Supremo brand name.

Swift Legal Action Leads to Factory Raid

After receiving multiple customer complaints, Supremo took immediate legal action. The company’s legal team — Namrata Jain, Vijay Soni, and Krishnamani Tiwari from Navkaar Associates — filed a case in the Delhi Commercial Court. Acting quickly, the court appointed a local commissioner to investigate.

Soon after, the commissioner, with Hyderabad police support, raided a Malkajgiri factory. There, they seized a large number of fake water tanks, packaging materials, and molds — all marked with the illegal Supremo branding.

Court Issues Strong Warning

The court issued clear instructions: “Anyone using the name ‘Supremo’ for manufacturing, selling, or promoting products is violating trademark law and will face strict legal consequences.”

On July 21, 2025, officials conducted another raid. They confiscated more counterfeit goods and sealed the facility.

What This Means for Customers

Supremo urged customers to stay alert. The company emphasized that genuine Supremo tanks feature:

  • Official registered Supremo logo
  • Authentic packaging with trademark details
  • Sales only through authorized dealers

Don’t Be Fooled by Fakes

Although counterfeit tanks may look real, they lack the durability, quality, and safety standards that genuine Supremo products uphold.
