India’s Largest Aluminum Doors Plant Now Operational
Hyderabad-based Encore-Alcom has achieved a significant milestone by establishing India’s largest manufacturing plant for aluminum doors and windows, located in Surat, Gujarat. The facility, spread across a sprawling 1,84,000 square feet, is equipped with cutting-edge auto robotic technology, a first in India for this segment.
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility
With an investment of ₹60 crores, the Surat plant marks a leap forward in advanced manufacturing. The facility, built in phases, utilizes German technology and boasts a daily production capacity of 35,000 square feet. It has also created employment opportunities for 500 individuals. Encore-Alcom is set to showcase its innovative products at the AceTech trade fair at Hitex, Hyderabad.
Avuthu Shiva Koti Reddy, the Founder and CMD of Encore-Alcom, said, “This facility not only enhances our production capabilities but also demonstrates our commitment to technological innovation. Our products are designed to set new benchmarks in the industry.”
Record-Breaking Sliding Doors
Encore-Alcom has made history by manufacturing India’s largest sliding door, standing 20 feet tall and wide. The company also installed a sliding door weighing 3.6 tonnes in a recent project. “Our sliding doors are so user-friendly that even a three-year-old child can operate them effortlessly,” said Shiva Koti Reddy. These sophisticated designs are gaining popularity across India and globally, especially in restaurants, cafes, and high-end outlets.
Global Expansion Plans
Building on its success in the US, UK, Dubai, and Europe, Encore-Alcom is preparing to enter new markets, including Australia and the Middle East. The company specializes in aluminum doors, windows, railings, and glass facades. High-quality rollers imported from Slovakia are integral to their product offerings, ensuring durability and performance.
Director Jayanti Bhai Patola highlighted, “The future belongs to metal doors, and our products are designed to meet the highest standards. We are committed to delivering architectural solutions tailored to customer needs.”
Proven Track Record and Advanced Design
Encore-Alcom has completed over 3,500 projects, thanks to its in-house R&D and collaborations with Italian designers. The company’s products, marketed under the Encore brand in South India and the Alcom brand in North India, are recognized for their world-class quality and design.

The Surat plant is the company’s second facility in the region. Its first plant, spanning 60,000 square feet, has a daily manufacturing capacity of 10,000 square feet. Together, these plants employ nearly 900 people directly and indirectly.
