The architecture moves away from sharp high-rise forms. Instead, it uses soft curves and fluid lines. This approach improves natural light, enhances views, and ensures visual privacy between homes. The design also focuses on timeless appeal, helping the structure remain elegant for decades.
Architect Nirup Reddy, who led the design, said every decision focused on calm living and long-term usability rather than short-term visual impact.

One of the project’s key highlights is its scale. Each floor has only one residence, with every apartment spread across 15,999 sq. ft., making it the largest single apartment per floor in India. To support smooth vertical movement, DSR has partnered with Schindler to install Schindler 7000 high-speed elevators.
Sustainability also plays an important role. Energy-efficient systems are integrated across common areas to reduce power consumption and improve operational efficiency.
