The remarkable journey of the Curvv.ev commenced with a ceremonial flag-off in Srinagar by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, Mr. Omar Abdullah, at 4:00 AM on February 25, 2025. The electric SUV navigated through diverse terrains, extreme weather conditions, and India’s growing public charging network, finally reaching Kanyakumari at 8:35 AM on February 28, 2025. Setting 20 national records during the drive, the Curvv.ev further solidified TATA.ev’s leadership in the Indian EV landscape. The feat was achieved with just 16 charging stops, with the total charging time reduced from 28 hours in the previous record to only 17 hours.
