Hyderabad: The date of CREDAI property show has been announced. This expo will start from March 8thh 2024 and will go for three days. This was announced in the official press conference held in Hyderabad. Apex realty body Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is all set to conduct the 13th edition of the grand CREDAI Hyderabad Property show from March 8 to 10, 2024. The show will have around 60 developers showcase over 100 projects right from apartment complexes to villas, plots, and even commercial spaces. Banks and financial institutions will also be participating in the show that is expected to draw thousands of prospective home buyers.
CREDAI Hyderabad president V Rajashekhar Reddy said Hyderabad, which has been consistently recognised as India’s most liveable city, has continued to attract buyers despite rising property prices.
Only those developers who are approved by RERA have been recognized in the CREDAI property show. Besides, CREDAI is also taking banks and financial institutions into confidence at its level so that on-the-spot loan sanction can be done to the customers.
