The Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 opened to an enthusiastic response at Bharat Future City, drawing over 1,000 global investors, CXOs, policymakers, and industry leaders. Among the strongest voices of support was CREDAI Hyderabad, which hailed the summit as a landmark event that reinforces Telangana’s growth trajectory and strengthens “Brand Hyderabad” on the world stage.
At the centre of the summit was the launch of the Telangana Rising-2047 Vision Document, a long-term roadmap outlining the state’s ambition to become a $3 trillion economy by 2047. The plan introduces three interconnected development models—CURE (Core Urban Region Economy), PURE (Peri-Urban Region Economy) and RARE (Rural and Agri Region Economy)—designed to distribute growth, reduce congestion in Hyderabad’s core, and open new corridors for real estate and industrial expansion.
Industry Reaction from CREDAI Hyderabad
Mr. N. Jaideep Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, praised the government for offering clarity and confidence to investors.
“The Telangana Rising Global Summit is a powerful declaration of intent. The Vision-2047 document gives the real estate sector long-term predictability. By focusing on CURE, PURE and RARE, the state ensures balanced growth that will drive demand for homes, offices and industrial parks far beyond the city centre,” he said.
He noted that record-breaking land auctions by GHMC and HMDA reflect rising investor confidence, positioning Hyderabad for its next major growth phase.
President-Elect Mr. B. Jagannath Rao called the summit a “strong vote of confidence in Hyderabad”.
He added that multi-billion-dollar investment announcements, especially those connected to Bharat Future City, show the city’s emergence as a magnet for global business.
He highlighted infrastructure upgrades—Metro Rail expansion, the Regional Ring Road (RRR) and new industrial zones—as key drivers that will open new residential and commercial clusters.
Job Creation and Ripple Effects
Mr. Kranti Kiran Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, emphasised the broader economic impact.
“These investments will generate large-scale employment across IT, manufacturing, entertainment, logistics and more. This naturally boosts housing demand across segments. CREDAI Hyderabad is committed to supporting the government’s vision with sustainable, high-quality, RERA-compliant developments,” he noted.
Telangana Rising Global Summit
The Telangana Rising Global Summit also focused on global visibility initiatives, including plans to attract marquee events and international sports icons. These efforts, CREDAI leaders said, will help Hyderabad strengthen its global identity and tourism appeal.
With strategic vision, large-scale investments and an inclusive development model, the summit signals a major step in Telangana’s roadmap to 2047—one that CREDAI Hyderabad believes will redefine the future of real estate and economic growth in the state.
