Chhota Bheem to be manufactured in India by Funskool
Funskool India Ltd., India’s leading domestic toy manufacturer, has made a historic move by acquiring the licence to manufacture and distribute the popular action figure Chhota Bheem as well as the other seven characters from the renowned cartoon animation series.
Green Gold Licensing & Merchandising India Private Limited has granted Funskool the licence to launch the series of action figures.
Green Gold Animation, a pioneer in creating original Indian animation content, has evolved and established itself as a major player in Licensing & Merchandising, Movie Production & Distribution, Digital Business, Retail Stores, and Events over the years.
Chhota Bheem, the famous cartoon animation character, has always struck a chord with Indian children, and Funskool’s production of Chhota Bheem & Friends action figures in India has once again demonstrated that India is on its way to becoming “Atma Nirbhar” in the production of quality toys. Funskool has been a pioneer in actively and consciously promoting the Make-In-India programme, and the acquisition of Chhota Bheem & Friends is a step in the right direction.
