Bandhan Bank has donated 10 fully equipped ambulances across India as part of its CSR work. One ambulance reached Telangana and was given to Bharat Sevashram Sangh, Secunderabad. This initiative aims to improve emergency medical access and help communities receive faster and safer healthcare.
The donation was announced during the Bank’s 10th Foundation Day. Now, the project is fully implemented. The Bank wants to ensure that patients get timely support during emergencies. Therefore, it has invested in reliable and well-equipped ambulances.
The ambulance in Telangana was handed over in the presence of Mr. Santanu Mukherjee, Independent Director, Bandhan Bank. Swami Munishwaranandaji, Secretary, and Swami Venkateshwaranandaji, Assistant Secretary, also attended the event, along with other dignitaries.
Bandhan Bank donated the other ambulances to leading healthcare organisations in Bengaluru, Ahmednagar, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Delhi, Jaipur, Akbarpur, Jalandhar, and Kolkata. Through this donation, the Bank aims to improve healthcare infrastructure across many states. Moreover, it hopes to support hospitals that serve large and diverse communities.
