New Married Couple Sets Conditions For After Marriage:
A few Indian couples who broke expectations and norms during their wedding have received notice online. At one such wedding, Shanti and Mintu from Assam signed a contract comprising a list of dos and don’ts.
In a video uploaded by Wedlock Photography Assam on their Instagram account, the bride, who is dressed in a red lehenga, signs the contract while the groom imitates her. As they sign the substantial piece of paper with the contract printed on it, they appear satisfied.
According To The Contract:
According to the contract, the bride “must and should wear saree everyday,” and late-night celebrations are only permitted with the spouse. Only that “Sunday morning breakfast tum banogay” was on the list was mentioned regarding who would make meals on the other days of the week. The advice to “always say yes to Ghar ka khana” was another.
The contract stipulated only one pizza per month to be consumed, along with daily exercise, 15-day shopping intervals, and professional photography at all parties.
A User Commented:
Some individuals were impressed by the “marriage contract,” while others found it annoying. A user commented, “Bhai, It’s not marriage, it’s a contract.” which is being signed in Sherwani. A different user wrote, “Everything is OK. It’s just too much to wear a saree every day, though. It’s regrettable that India still has such wide disparities, a third user said.
Recently, a groom touched his bride’s feet after they exchanged vows. In June of this year, social media users shared wedding video.
