In a decisive legal action against intellectual property infringement, Advocate Namrata Jain and Advocate Vijay Soni, along with their legal team, successfully executed a court order at Harsh Bakers in Hyderabad. The bakery, located at Plot No. 121, IDA, Kattedan, was found manufacturing and distributing a counterfeit product, “Harsh Doodh Biscuits,” which closely mimicked the legitimate Patanjali Doodh Biscuits

This raid was the result of a lawsuit filed against Harsh Bakers, accusing them of producing a counterfeit product that caused confusion in the market and infringed on our client’s intellectual property rights. In response to the lawsuit, the Delhi Saket Court issued an ex-parte injunction, effectively halting the production and sale of the fake biscuits with immediate effect.

The court’s order highlights its commitment to protecting intellectual property and ensuring that consumers are not misled by counterfeit products. During the raid, large quantities of the infringing product were discovered and seized by the legal team. These items have been documented and secured as evidence to support any future legal proceedings.

This successful intervention is a significant milestone in protecting our client’s brand integrity. It reinforces the legal rights afforded to them by the court and sends a strong message about the importance of upholding intellectual property laws.

Moving forward, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure that the court’s order is fully implemented. Our goal is to prevent any further infringement and maintain the integrity of our client’s brand in the marketplace
